Description. Lind & Lime Gin comes to us from the Port of Leith Distillery in a beautiful glass bottle, inspired by local industrial heritage. Its name is taken from James Lind, a Scottish doctor of the Enlightenment who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury, playing a significant part in the prevention of scurvy.
